An
exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager within the Evesham
Neighbourhood Mental Health Team for
an experienced Band 6 or existing Band 7 to join the leadership team.
As an
experienced and enthusiastic clinician, you will supervise junior members of
the team with the management of complex cases. You will play an active role in
the team meetings along with being an integral part of the collaborative
relationships built with the local PCNs. The team manager will also support in
managing PALS queries and formal complaints. You will also support the
management of performance and support the wider leadership team in any service
audits. If you are seeking a role that will encompass new ways of working that
will be the future delivery of community mental health care in England, then

The post
is for 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday).
This role allows the possibility of
hybrid working, meaning you will be required to commute to the stated base 3 or
4 days per week but allowing you to be based within any commutable distance for
the remainder of your week. We would need to discuss the suitability to fit
this around the service at interview.

Main duties of the job
The job role
entails (but not limited to):
Working
as a key member and resource of the MDT core team.
The
ability to work flexibly as the need of the service demands is essential.
Participate
and support in weekly MDT meetings, participate in professionals meetings,
signpost to adjunct services depending on patient need.
Lead
a Multidisciplinary team of professionals with compassion and integrity
Be
a conduit to all adjunct services
Collaboration
with PCN stakeholders
Provide
senior leadership to MDT colleagues for your locality
Support
and guidance to the carers of patients accessing the services
Manage
the performance of the team and take part in audits when needed.
