Connect to Work aims to support economically inactive individuals and those at risk of leaving employment due to health conditions or significant barriers.
We are seeking to recruit a new Team Coordinator to support this exciting new venture. The post holder will work 37.5 hours and across multiple sites in Worcestershire.
As a Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping people with a disability or a mental/physical health support need to remain in work or find meaningful work to them.

Main duties of the job
Principal duties will include:
Develop, lead and supervise the countywide team to deliver the evidence-based Supported Employment model, place, train, and maintain and to achieve agreed commissioned outcomes.
Liaise with a number of stakeholders including Delivery Partners to develop close working mechanisms for providing a seamless supported employment service to clients with a disability or health conditions (mental or physical) or who are part of a disadvantaged group.
Initially manage a full caseload of referrals for year 1; then manage a reduced individual caseload of employment referrals focusing on more complex cases and co-working these, as required, with team members.
Leading the work of the team under the principles of IPS fidelity, while also managing a reduced caseload.
Ongoing supervision of staff, including field-based mentoring support
Provide specialised advice, information and support regarding employment to stakeholders, referrers and external employers.
