Job summary

Cromwell house is a 10 bedded , 24-hour Rehabilitation unit part of the Mental Health inpatient recovery services. We support patients with complex mental health difficulties predominantly psychosis. The service has a Recovery ethos and offers a holistic person-centred approach with a focus on promoting optimal social recovery, instilling hope for the future whilst supporting patients in developing coping strategies, empowering self-management of symptoms and an ability for increased independence. The job role is a full time post to include night and day shifts. Long Day shift-0800-2030 hrs. Night shift 20.00hrs-0830 hrs. With one hour break. Over a 4 week period you will complete 3 weeks of 3 shifts and 1 week of four shifts.

Please note the Trust will not routinely provide sponsorship to work for this role. In addition to meet Home Office salary threshold you must have the significant experience to be offered top of the pay band AND work a minimum of 35.5 hours per week.

To work with patients on a one to one and group basis to develop independent living skills and provide psychoeducation to support their recovery pathway
