an exciting service, the Mental Health
Support Teams in Schools (known as the Wellbeing and Emotional Support in
Schools Team-WEST, in Herefordshire and Worcestershire)
WEST is an established service is now looking to recruit two
additional Clinical Leads, one for our
Redditch and Bromsgrove Team and one for our South Worcestershire Team.
The service is in Herefordshire
and Worcestershire schools to provide evidenced based early interventions for Children
and Young People aged 5 - 18 experiencing mental health problems. These are Low
Intensity Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) orientated.

The service is Monday- Friday 9am
5pm, with multi professional working.
The Clinical Lead role for both
teams is, core in monitoring of the quality and clinical delivery across the
wellbeing occupations workforce. Days in the locality will be expected in line
with service delivery, meetings etc.

Main duties of the job
