Main duties of the job
- Deliver high-quality psychiatric assessments, treatment, and interventions within the home treatment team.
- Work collaboratively with your doctor colleague and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in team discussions, treatment planning, and risk assessments.
- Engage with patients, carers, and families to provide holistic and person-centred care.
- Contribute to service development initiatives and quality improvement within the team
- Flexibility in providing cross cover to colleagues
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Challenge poor practice
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
