We provide a specialist Inpatient service for
adults with mental health needs across 3 inpatient wards and 2 rehabilitation
units. Our teams sit within the Adult
Mental Health and Learning Disability Service Delivery Unit.
Hadley Unit is a 9 bed mixed gender treatment
ward that is situated in Worcester and is a referral-based service; we can
accept referrals from a number of sources including the community, acute wards
and patients detained by the Ministry of Justice.
As part of our team, you will work closely
with the management and medical team, alongside external teams.
Part of your role is to ensure patient care is
of the highest standards, you act as a role model at all times and use your
initiative to maintain quality and safety. Alongside an already established
management team you will assist in supporting and educating junior staff.
