The Evesham, Broadway, Bredon and Inkberrow (EBBI) Neighbourhood
Team is a friendly, fun loving, flexible, and hardworking team who are looking
for an enthusiastic individual to join us at our base in Evesham. This is a part time post working 34 hours per week.
The Neighbourhood team is
looking to recruit a senior community nurse who is happy to work across our
whole patch, who is innovative and keen to join the team in supporting us to
deliver high quality care, and to continue our development of integrated care
in the community.
You should be excited by change and keen to help shape a new way of delivering nursing care in the
community. We have a team of creative
health care professionals who are focused on compassionate care. We work
closely with our GPs and work hard at developing relationships with other
primary care services, drawing on the skills of our MDT colleagues to manage
complex patients and ensure our services are as responsive and patient centred
as possible.
We are a supportive team who are committed to developing services to provide the most individual care for our patients. We offer
