Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for Administrators to be part of the countywide implementation of Hospital at Home (H@H) within Worcestershire based within our Integrated Single Point of Access (SPA) in Worcester.

This is full time post, but we would consider applicants looking for part time. You will be based at Kings Court 2 in Worcester and expected to work shifts across a seven day week to cover the operating hours of 0730-20:00.

This role will be integral in supporting the coordination and roll out of a countywide H@H service as well as supporting the other administrative work in the integrated SPA.

The SPA also continues to grow and develop and the post holder be part of the administrative workforce within this integrated SPA and be involved in the operational growth and development of this service.

We require flexible and adaptable candidates who are able to manage a busy and varied workload across the H@H and SPA services to support a seamless delivery of administrative support to support the urgent delivery of services to professionals and patients.

The role will also be responsible for the supervision of more junior staff and the delegation of tasks as appropriate to other members of the Team.

Main duties of the job

You will be required to provide administrative support for the H@H and Integrated SPA services, tosupervise and direct more junior members of the team as required.

You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You will be required to record information in spreadsheets to enable data and activity within the H@H & Community SPA to be analysed and presented by the Operational Lead.
