Job summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our HR admin Team working 26.25 hours per week - days can be negotiated with the successful candidate. This is a permanent post.
Under the guidance of the People Partner, you will provide staff with HR information as well as provide Admin support in a professional, timely and consistent manner to designated areas of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health & Care NHS Trust. There will be an opportunity to support managers at HR meetings required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels and a confident approach are essential.
The role will offer hybrid working and involve working from home as well office based The role will also require travel to other Trust sites across both counties to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Main duties of the job
The role will also require;
Provide administrative support to the HR team in all areas including ad hoc projects.
Advise on the utilisation of occupational health service liaising with the HR team as necessary including the co-ordination of reports.
Undertake the monitoring of sickness absence and make initial enquires in relation to problem areas and specific cases, informing the relevant team member of any areas of concern.
