The contracted hours are 37.5 per week.
This post will require the post holder to travel between
different clinical sites across the county and community locations including
the patients home. There is a proportion of the role that will involve working
from home for some elements of the role.

Post Viral Fatigue Service Lead to join our multidisciplinary team. This
pivotal role offers the chance to shape and develop a specialized service,
providing holistic care to patients suffering from post viral fatigue syndrome.
Essential Criteria:
Registered
healthcare professional (NHS band 7 or above) with relevant clinical
experience.
Strong knowledge
of post viral fatigue and related conditions.
Proven leadership
and service development skills.
Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop
a comprehensive post viral fatigue service.
Oversee patient
assessment, treatment plans, and ongoing management.
Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and psychologists.
Implement
evidence-based protocols to improve patient recovery and quality of life.
Drive service
improvement, staff training, and audit activities.
Engage with
patients and families to provide education and support.
