Senior Administrator to CAMHS Medics

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a new team of Medical Secretaries to support CAMHS Medics. We have 1x FTE vacancy and are happy to consider applications for flexible working, ideally with a minimum of 25 hours across 4 or 5 days.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who wishes to develop their career in a forward-thinking team, where attention to detail and gold standard patient care are at the heart of everything we do.
You will be friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills, to build great working relationships with colleagues and all stakeholders. You will have excellent IT skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
A typical day could include formatting letters, sending emails, booking in appointments using Outlook and Rio diaries, taking and making phone calls. You may need to set up MS Teams meetings or even attend them yourself.

Main duties of the job
To provide reliable, conscientious and comprehensive secretarial support to CAMHS Medics
To use your skills and experience to exercise judgment and resolve problems, using initiative
To manage electronic diaries to ensure most effective use of time
To be able to work unsupervised but also be a great team player
To bring a flexible and positive approach to your work
To present a professional image and maintain the highest standards of customer care and confidentiality at all times
To use your knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Teams to organise workloads, to ensure deadlines are met
To work with a keen eye for detail to ensure all correspondence is of the highest quality
To use knowledge and experience of Electronic Patient Records Systems to ensure all records are up to date and accurate
To be comfortable communicating verbally and in writing to ensure effective communication with patients, parents, GPs, Consultants and external bodies.
