Job summary
The Primary Care and Community Mental Health Service provide high quality, specialist community services to working age adults with mental health difficulties.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Peripatetic Administrator within our services. As the Peripatetic Administrator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the teams to create a positive and seamless experience for our patients. The post holder should contribute to working in a team environment and be flexible to work across services as and when the need arises and in accordance with demands on the services.
The successful post holder should have a proactive and friendly attitude and be able to demonstrate substantial administrative experience and have the ability to meet the main duties of the role.
You must be able to work under your own initiative, possess excellent organisational skills and be experienced in dealing with confidential information.
You will need to be flexible and mobile as there may be a requirement to work at alternative bases within the county.
This is a part time role working 15 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
As part of our team, your main duty will be to provide an efficient secretarial and administrative service to the team. You will undertake general office duties such as typing, filing, data uploading, record keeping, scanning/photocopying, making appointments, minute taking and incoming/outgoing mail. You will be dealing with both face to face and telephone enquiries from patients and internal/external agencies and will be required to accurately record information on patients medical records whilst maintaining confidentiality.
