This is full time post, but we would
consider applicants looking for part time.
Main duties of the job
As a Locality Service Manager for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire WEST
you will be responsible for leading the ongoing development and expansion of
the service in line with the national trajectory to provide emotional health
and wellbeing support to 100% of schools by 2030. You will work closely with
the Senior Operational and Clinical leadership team and oversee the operational
aspects of the service and take a lead on the expansion of the service.
You will form an integral part of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire
senior leadership team.
A demonstrable track record of CAMHS or transferrable skills in clinical
or operational leadership experience is a must. You will have experience of
supervising clinicians and be able to evidence operational leadership skills
and abilities, as well as being able to gather, analyse, report and act upon
data.
