None of our team were redeployed during the pandemic and we were back to face-to-face work in Sept 2020 with new investment from our commissioners to support children disadvantaged by the pandemic

Main duties of the job
What are the potential opportunities within this role?
Working in our school age team supporting the delivery of our named therapist service and additional services in schools
Working with children with complex needs and SEND in mainstream and special schools, delivering enhanced packages of support commissioned by the Local Authority
Developing your expertise in AAC
Developing clinical knowledge and skills in a range of areas, including working at a universal, targeted and specialist level in schools
Delivering training both formal and informal
Supporting less experienced therapists and developing skills in mentorship
