Job summary
An exciting band 4 opportunity has been created to manage and coordinate the administration processes relating education health and care plans.
The successful candidate will have extensive and practical administration experience. This will include the ability to use Microsoft teams, excel, word, outlook and PowerPoint as well as electronic patient records. You will understand the importance of confidentiality and integrity of information.
The successful candidate will be comfortable in presenting complex information and summarising themes and learning, working in partnership with service leads. They will also be able to complete admin tasks with efficiency and accuracy. They will be willing to manage electronic paperwork, minute meetings and support service leads and the designated clinical officer for SEND to have information prepared to attend systemwide meetings.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be a self starter who is able to work as a team player with a wide variety of professionals. They will be process oriented and will be able to offer analysis of existing processes and suggest improvements.
They will have experience of managing staff and will be able to bring out the best performance in a wide range of team members.
