This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week (5 days per week).
We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, energetic and organised individual to join the Children Young People and Families (CYPF) specialist teams.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic personal assistant who enjoys a challenge to support the Clinical Services Manager for Children, Young People and Clinical Lead for Childrens Nursing in this diverse and fulfilling role. You will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills with proven experience of managing diaries, minuting meetings and creating professional documents.

Main duties of the job
The Personal Assistant for the Clinical Services Manager and Lead Nurse will provide a full secretarial service including diary and meeting co-ordination, email management, updating staff files and production of on-call rotas. They will have a key role in creating the agenda, slides and minutes for meetings and will be a key point of contact for the staff within the team they support and for the Children Young People and Families.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and will be experienced in the use of all Microsoft Office products, with a high level of IT literacy. A knowledge base of IT systems used within the NHS is desirable but not essential.
