Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and
skilled Sexual Health Nurse to join our forward-thinking Integrated Sexual
Health (WISH) Outreach Team in Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity
to work as part of a supportive, experienced team delivering high-quality,
nurse-led sexual health care across diverse community settings. You will play a
key role in providing holistic, client-focused care, working in partnership
with the Trusts Safeguarding Team and external agencies. The role offers
excellent scope for professional growth, with opportunities to develop both
clinical and leadership skills. You will be supported through supervision and
mentorship as you contribute to service improvement and innovation. This is a

meeting local and national sexual health priorities.
This is a part time post working 13 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
As a Sexual Health
Nurse in our Outreach Team, you will empower individuals to take control of
their sexual health through education, advice, and support for positive
lifestyle choices. You will deliver professional, person-centred care with
compassion, integrity, and respect. Confident and competent in your clinical
role, you will be supported by a strong and collaborative team committed to
continuous improvement and high standards. Youll contribute to a culture where
concerns are raised safely and addressed appropriately, in line with Trust
policy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion
for supporting young people and vulnerable adults, and the ability to work both
independently and as part of a dynamic team. Flexibility is essential, as the
role may require occasional evening or weekend work in a variety of settings.
The ability to travel across Worcestershire is also a requirement.
