Job summary
We are looking to recruit an
enthusiastic and motivated person who will provide secretarial support within
the Wyre Forest Home Treatment Team in Kidderminster. This is a part time post working 24.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday
Home Treatment provide an early
referral service for community teams to support patients either in crisis or to
prevent a further deterioration of their mental health. The Team works closely
with the Adult inpatient wards to ensure they identify patients who can
continue their treatment at home.
You will provide comprehensive admin support coordinate activities
with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and professional
service is provided.
A good telephone manner is
essential. You will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive
manner and always maintain confidentiality.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education,
excellent communications skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be
efficient and organised with their own workload. Key responsibilities
include supporting the clinical team on a day-to-day basis ensuring
the overall administration efficiency of the team. The role requires telephone duties, inbox
management, minute taking, admin needs of the team and will include contact
with professionals (internal and external) and colleagues daily.
You will need
to be flexible to meet demands of the role as well as a good customer service
focus, when dealing with internal and external enquires.
It is
essential you have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages,
Audio Typing and Minute taking skills. You should have a Level 3 Qualification
in a Business Administration related subject and GSCE (A-C) or equivalent in
English Language and a minimum of 2 years Administrative/Secretarial
experience.
