Job summary
We require an
enthusiastic and organised Receptionist to provide administrative support to
the Physiotherapy service hub based at Evesham Community Hospital.
This post is for 36
hours per week which would be worked over 5 days.
This is an
excellent opportunity to join a friendly, motivated and highly skilled team.
We are looking for
someone with good administrative and organisational skills, who is reliable and
can provide a confidential, quality service.
Full training will
be given to the successful applicant for all in house processes and IT
packages. You will work as part of a
team in each base and share additional admin duties between you. This role is face to face providing some
front of house duties and so it is not suitable for working from home.
The applicant will
be expected to have great people skills, be a confident communicator and have
sound basic IT skills.

Main duties of the job
Your duties will
include registering referrals on a computer, booking appointments and meeting
and greeting patients.
You will have an
opportunity to learn all different aspects of administrative work within this
service as part of a dynamic, caring and supportive Appointments team.
The role involves data input and booking
appointments on our patient clinical notes system, customer service through
taking phone calls, handling patient queries, ordering equipment as well as
organising clinics and other general admin duties working with the adult
population of Worcestershire within a busy OP department based in the local
community hospital.
