Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to work as a Team Secretary/Administrator in our Psychological Therapies Team in Hereford. This is a 9 months fixed term maternity leave cover contract for 15 hours per week.

This is a busy role so you must have the ability to prioritise your workload to effectively complete tasks and communicate with both staff and patients. The post holder must be able to work well under pressure.

Main duties of the job

You will be required to work to a high standard of accuracy, have excellent organisational skills and be able to demonstrate initiative in planning your own workload in a way that supports the Team to manage daily operational tasks and processes.

The successful post holder should have a proactive and friendly attitude and be able to demonstrate substantial administrative experience and be able to meet the main duties of the role.

  • Recent, relevant Administrative/Secretarial experience (usually demonstrated by a minimum of 2 years experience)
