Job summary
We are looking for an apprentice to join our fast-paced Performance and Informatics Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to complete the Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship with support provided if a Level 3 Data Apprenticeship is required first. This position is for 37.5 hours per week and a blend of office and home working, with main base at Kings Court 2 in Worcester.
This is a development role, starting at Band 3 and advancing to Band 4 upon successful completion of the relevant Level 4 apprenticeship.
We will provide you with resources to develop and progress a long-term career as well as flexibility, continual professional development as well as a wide range of wellbeing and support. Main duties of the job
The role will involve learning and developing your skills to communicate complex information effectively. You will work with data from Electronic Patient Records (EPRs), Electronic Staff Records (ESRs) and an Integrated Risk Management System (Ulysses). The applicant will be expected to have good interpersonal and IT skills and be willing to learn and develop knowledge of patient and staff data sets and Trust Services. Also, you will have the opportunity to gain further understanding of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Power BI and SQL.
