Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic, and motivated NHS manager to lead our Integrated Sexual Health Service, providing operational leadership and service management for clinical and non-clinical services.

The post holder will be a key point of contact for the relationship management with key stakeholders including ICS, commissioners, GPs, Local Authority.

We are looking for a health care Operational Manager who knows what it takes to run a front-line service and operation. Someone who can continue to support the transformation of the service across Worcestershire. The post holder will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to lead the service. This post holder will work closely with the Clinical Services Manager, deputising when appropriate, and work effectively and collaboratively with the Senior Clinicians and Locality Leads within the Service.

You will be a hands-on manager with proven experience of working in fast paced and changing environment able to thrive on the challenges this brings. First class quality care to patients will be at the heart of what motivates you, as well as bringing out the best in your team through your expertise and leadership.

Although the successful applicant could be based at either Redditch, Worcester or Kidderminster, this full-time role will require the postholder to work across multiple sites in Worcestershire on a weekly basis.

Proven managerial and leadership experience within NHS
