Job summary
Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for healthcare? Were seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable administrator to be part of our Neighbourhood Mental Health admin team in Bromsgrove.
This role is 37.5 hours a week between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We have processes in place that support flexible working requests.
In this important role, you'll be using your knowledge, experience, and expertise to provide essential administrative support to our hard-working frontline NHS teams. No NHS is experience required, but a passion for excellent patient care is a must.
You will be a strong communicator as you will be supporting wide range of people, including patients and health care professionals. You will need to be responsive and adaptable to the needs of the service, but you can be sure that your hard work will be making a real difference to our patients and service users every day.

Main duties of the job
A typical day as an administrator may involve:
- Maintaining patient records effectively and accurately
- General office duties such as typing, scanning, photocopying, printing
- Scheduling appointments/ meetings
- Handling correspondence ingoing/outgoing mail
- Handling queries over the telephone and face to face from staff, patients, and external agencies
- Looking after the shared email inbox
- Assisting the team with various administrative tasks
