Are you a senior
mental health clinician looking for a role within a specialist
community team delivering care wrapped around psychological
interventions? The Worcestershire Complex Needs Service (CNS) is excited to recruit
an experienced clinician who will be part of a team providing support for those
with emotional and relational struggles.
CNS adopts
a Structured Clinical Management framework and also offers Dialectic
Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT). The successful
applicant will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and will be valued for
their ability to think psychologically, leadership skills and keenness for
life-long learning. This is also an excellent opportunity to be part of

relational difficulties.

Main duties of the job
The
successful applicant will hold an important leadership role within CNS and will
support the team with high-quality operational leadership in their work with
individuals with complex needs. Working alongside the teams psychological lead
and service manager, they will support the development/delivery of specialist
psychological interventions and facilitate adherence to best practice for these
evidence-based treatments.
Combining
their leadership and clinical expertise, they will interface with wider mental
health services. They will seek to foster wider expertise in working with
patients with emotional and relational difficulties through their involvement
in complex case meetings and the facilitation of regular case consults.
Funded specialist
training (such as DBT and MBT) will be available to support the post-holder in
their work. The post holder will work full time hours between Monday to Friday,
during office hours excluding bank holidays, and will work from community
bases.
