We are looking for a Sexual Health
Nurse to join our dynamic Sexual Health Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen for
a motivated and enthusiastic Sexual Health Nurse to join Worcestershires
Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) Outreach Team. The successful candidate will be
joining an experienced team of dedicated Outreach Nurses.
The post holder will join our existing
friendly team of professionals and be responsible for the provision and
delivery of high-quality Sexual Health care to clients in a variety of
different community settings throughout Worcestershire. The Outreach Nurse role
provides comprehensive Nurse-led Sexual Health care. It also involves working
closely with the Trusts Safeguarding Team and partner agencies. Support and
supervision will be provided.
You will continue to develop your
clinical and leadership skills to support the management of change, working
with the WISH Safeguarding Lead, and implement an innovative service that
reflects local and national initiatives.
