The working pattern is 22.5
hours per week, Monday to Friday and will be based at Princess of Wales
Community Hospital, Bromsgrove. As part
of the Leadership role you will be expected to be flexible and supportive to
the leadership teams across localities .
The Service delivers Community MSK outpatient services
across Worcestershire. It is comprised of Pelvic Health, Advanced Practitioner
and Mainstream Physiotherapy Rehabilitation services. The
leadership team comprises of 4 team leads who have operational responsibility
over geographical areas, 4 clinical leads and 2 administrative leads.

Main duties of the job
You will provide day to day operational management over a
team of Advanced Practice physiotherapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners,
and Administrators.
You will be part of a wider leadership team responsible for
the county wide delivery of MSK services.
You will be
responsible for recruitment of new staff and appraisal of existing staff
members.
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of
efficient and effective clinical and administrative pathways.
You will be flexible and adaptable being responsive to
service and patient needs as they arise.
You will utilise prioritisation and delegation skills to
meet deadlines.
You will deputise for the Therapy Lead as required. You
will building connections with local partners.
