Job summary

The Respiratory Care, Falls and Cardiac Rehab teams are looking for an experienced, dynamic and friendly individual to fill the role of Band 4 Administrator Lead. The Administrator lead is a pivotal role responsible for leading the administrative team and working closely with the 3 team leads supporting the delivery of integrated care. This includes supervision and appraisal for the Band 3 administrator. If you are looking to develop your skills or perhaps you want a change of scenery, then look no further! Main duties of the job

You will be expected to support the business manager and service manager in day to day business administration within the team. Main duties are not exhaustive of service delivery, management and training/appraisal. Please see job description for full details of role

  • NVQ Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Educated to A Level

Desirable

  • Experience of working in NHS setting or similar large organisation
  • Experience of operating and maintaining a management information system database or similar.

  • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Use of clinical records systems, triage and booking processes
