- Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated band 6 paediatric nurse in our Children's Community Nursing Service.
- Focus on acute conditions: short-term enteral feeding, IV antibiotics, oxygen therapy, wound care, and support for long-term conditions.
- Collaboration with allied professionals, the wider multi-disciplinary team, social care, and local education providers
Main duties of the job
- Seeking Band 6 children's nurses with motivation to work in our integrated Children's Community Nursing Service.
- Requires the ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative nursing team.
- Involvement in acute and long-term condition treatments, continuing care assessments, and support for clinical nurse specialists.
- Special duties include supporting clinical nurse specialists in asthma, haemoglobinopathy, and continence care.
