Job summary

To support the Business and Administration Managers in day to day business administration within the Team.

You will be expected to update the Admin Induction pack and design of training for current and any new systems introduced into MSK Physiotherapy Services; creating training materials and deliver training to increase standardized usage and contribute to the continued development of systems to optimize the usage and impact of systems across the MSK Physiotherapy Services teams.

Main duties of the job

  • The post holder will need to develop in-depth knowledge of systems/digital tools with the admin process to maintain high data quality and to maintain our Service targets in line with our Commissioners.
  • Support new starter and leaver processes including completing new user and leaver forms, ordering uniform, booking induction and STaM, planning probationary period meetings, and receiving returned equipment.
  • Work with Service Managers to maintain office supplies, co-ordination of the stock/non-stock ordering processes and keep records up to date and accessible.
  • Work with business/service managers and HR to proactively progress bank sourcing and booking processes and complete weekly and monthly agency returns.
  • The successful applicant should have experience of working in an agile environment in order to receive, assess, prioritise and complete requests to resolve business critical issues, minimize disruption to the wider team in accordance with any SLAs.
  • You will be working alongside the Administration Manager and will deputise on her behalf.

Essential

  • A levels/NVq3 or equivalent experience, in addition to CCSE or equilaten qualifications in English and Maths
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of principles of good customer care

Desirable

  • Formal IT or business administration quallification, e.g. BTEC or NVQ
  • ECDL qualification
