As a Theatre support worker , you will play a vital role in the patient journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient safety:Ensuring the safe and dignified passage of patients through the theatre environment.
- Patient Advocacy:Listening to patient concerns and escalating them to the appropriate clinical staff.
- Clinical Excellence: participating in clinical audits and maintaining high standards of care.
