r To ensure that rostering of portering staff meets the requirement for portering tasks, in an efficient manner, so that staffing is consistent with the demand for portering services.
Ensure that sufficient and accurate information is available to allow the preparation of detailed service specifications, including descriptions of the portering requirements, work procedures, and the Key Performance Indicators in use.
Ensure staff performance is routinely monitored, and that safe and correct working practices are maintained at all times.
Review Key Performancedata, and where necessary amend staffing rosters to meet agreed service levels.
Effectively monitor and manage staff attendance in line with Trust policies and procedures.
