Provision of junior support to the Medicine services.

To provide daily care, management, and discharge of patients

Shared role in delivery of teaching & training to junior doctors & non- medical staff.

  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
  • ALS certification within the last 3 years.
  • MRCP part 2 (PACES attempted or pending).

Eligibility

  • Full GMC Registration with a license to practice at time of application.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A minimum of 3-years post qualification medical experience in the UK or abroad, including experience in Acute Medicine/ Medical Specialities.
  • A minimum of 12-months experience in Medicine, including unselected acute medical take.

  • All applicants to have demonstrated skills in written and spoken English, enabling high effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues.

  • Meets professional health requirements (in line with GMC standards in Good Medical Practice).
