We're looking to appoint a Senior Performance Analyst to join our friendly and well-established Performance and Analytics Team. It's a fantastic time to join Sheffield Partnership as we harness the benefits of our new electronic patient record (EPR) system and embed a new data warehouse alongside Power BI, supporting us to become an even more data-driven organisation.
We offer a range of training and education opportunities as well as on-the-job training when learning new skills or systems such as Power BI.
Hybrid working: our staff work a mix of from our head office, clinical sites and from home. Everyone is also welcome to work in the office full time. Time co-located with clinical teams every week is essential and the successful candidates will need to travel to a variety of clinical sites across Sheffield as required.

Main duties of the job
The Performance and Analytics Team at Sheffield Partnership:
ensures performance is measured, monitored and managed in all areas of the Trust in accordance with its Performance Improvement Framework,
- provides the Trust and key partners with reporting, business intelligence and analytics services,
- supports the Trust to understand clinical activity recorded in its electronic patient record (EPR) systems.
Senior Performance Analysts are specialists that use their analytical and problem-solving skills to get to the bottom of complex challenges in data, reporting and performance. They turn data into actionable insight, supporting clinical and corporate colleagues to understand their performance and opportunities to improve. They line manage a small number of Performance Analysts and further the continuous learning and development culture of the team.
