Job summary
We are seeking an Expert by Experience with lived experience of supporting a person with mental ill health to join the Engagement and Experience team. The role will use carer insight to inform, co-design and deliver carer-led training, improve staff understanding of carers' needs and influence service development to ensure carers are recognised, supported and involved as equal partners in care.
The post holder will work alongside clinical and non-clinical staff to embed carer perspectives across training, engagement and quality improvement activity.

This role would suit a person who has an interest in ensuring that the voice of people who use services and their families and carers are represented in the Trust.
