Job summary

To assess, diagnose, plan and develop physiotherapy treatment programmes for adults with learning disabilities who present with a wide variety of physical and or mental health needs, seen within a community setting.

Main duties of the job

To have responsibility for the provision of physiotherapy to clients referred to you directly and those clinically supervised by you, until discharged from the service.oTo be an integral member of the multi-disciplinary and multi agency teams in the community and across into secondary care.
