Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Workforce Advisor to lead and manage a small team within our Medical Workforce department on a fixed term contract for 6 months or on a secondment basis.
The post holder would be on-site for 2 days a week and 3 days working from home.
The post holder will have 2-3 years supervisory experience.
Main duties of the job
- Manage and supervise a team of Medical HR Advisors.
- Oversee recruitment processes, pre-employment checks, and contract administration.
- Provide specialist advice on medical workforce issues and employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate data on ESR, TRAC, allocate systems and produce reports.
- Lead projects to improve medical workforce services and support strategic objectives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including NHS England, Deanery, and Royal Colleges.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work.
