All clinicians receive individual supervision, as well as regular group supervision for specialist trauma-focused work. We will support applications for funding for further training necessary for the role, e.g. EMDR training. Prior experience of working with clients with PTSD is desirable, but we also welcome applications from clinicians with an enthusiasm to learn trauma-focused ways of working who have relevant experience with other client groups.
