We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a fixed-term Band 5 Assistant Psychologist to join the Barnet Enhanced Support Team.
As an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holders will contribute to a comprehensive, rapid and flexible service for the most urgent and acute problems facing troubled adolescents, including significant self-harm and serious mental illness..

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
To attend clinical meetings and in-service training as required.
To keep up to date with new techniques and research for the maintenance and promotion of good practice.
Record all clinical information in line with trust policies.
Support service development and quality improvement projects.
To be responsible for the planning and prioritization of own workload and activities following the direction and guidelines given by the supervising clinical psychologist.
To support formal and informal assessment in respect of the social communication needs of children and young people presenting with neurodevelopmental difficulties.
Tohold a small caseload supervised by the 8a Clinical Psychologist
