An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to become part the core CYP Mental Health Programme Team for the North Centra London (NCL) Community CAMHS Provider Collaborative. The NCL Community CAMHS Provider Collaborative is a partnership between the four main NHS providers of community mental health health services across the 5 boroughs of NCL:
o North London Foundation Trust
o Royal Free London NHS Trust
o The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust
o Whittington Health
Building on progress made in collaborative working in the last two years, the four NHS Trusts in NCL agreed took the decision to build on this progress and formalise our collaborative working with the development of a Community Provider Collaborative. As part of the ongoing development of this relationship and the formal establishment of NCL ICS, we are now seeking to put in place more formal arrangements, to deliver the ICB's expectations.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will report to the Director of Transformation and work in a matrix way with project managers and relevant leads across the four member Trusts. They will use their programme/project manager skills to ensure the Collaborative has a robust programme structure in place with regular reviews and reporting.
Whilst supporting the overall programme structure the post will also manage individual projects ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and on budget. The role includes managing the programme governance working with the Director of Transformation, Operational Board and delivery groups in setting priorities, workstream monitoring and supporting programme documentation such as risks and issues logs
The post will support Provider Collaborative colleagues in undertaking specific pieces of work to enable and deliver integration, unblocking barriers and enabling transition to new service models; supporting meaningful business cases where resources are needed to enable integration and transformation. It will enable effective stakeholder management across different organisations and at all levels, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

You must have comprehensive knowledge of Children and Young People's Mental Health, with a strong understanding of and experience in the commissioning cycle alongside advanced co-ordination, leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills that enable them to promote and further the work of the partnership across a wide range of stakeholders. You will hold a pivotal role in respect of Transformation on pathways and place development connected to the priorities of the NCL Providers, and will work at Place as well as across north central London, the provider Collaboratives, local government and with other system partners as appropriate leading for your designated area.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, and will develop subject matter related relationships, convening a range of internal and external working groups/projects, services and initiatives to ensure delivery in their area and to provide information and analytical advice and expertise.
