Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive Medicines Optimisation strategy.
Oversee the pharmacy workforce and budgets.
Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with CQC requirements.
Manage safe and effective electronic pharmacy systems.
Act as the Controlled Drug Accountable Officer, ensuring compliance with legislation and governance.
Manage financial and workforce resources, ensuring expenditure is within budgetary boundaries.
