Job summary
An opportunity has come up within our Community Crisis Services for a full -time Band 4 Administrator to support Crisis Teams, Crisis Houses, CSPA and the MH Intensive Day service in both Camden & Islington
Though the role will cover a mix of the above and so real flexibility is needed in this role as part of the Crisis Admin team across Camden & Islington
This will mean you will be required to workoffice based only from St Pancras, Daleham Gardens, Greenwood Centre or Highgate Mental Health Centre when needed.
If you require home working this is unlikely to fit your needs currently as all our teams are patient facing office based roles and we require admin to be present and part of our wider crisis service.
The successful candidate will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams in the division ensuring that efficient and effective administration support is given, including the collection and reporting of accurate data sets and usual admin tasks such as minute taking, ordering and delivery of stock/office supplies and any other task as appropriate
You must be experienced, dedicated, reliable, proactive, and a flexible individual who is assertive and take the initiative in anticipating the needs of their teams.
You should be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Along with being able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

Main duties of the job
Some of the core tasks :
- To maintain and submit key performance data within strict timelines - Crisis data on RIO and caseload monitoring
- Data entry on our Electronic Patient Records (EPR) system
- To minute Business/Team Meetings and any other relevant meeting
- To provide support with audits
- Procurement
- General administrative functions and office tasks such as minute taking and confidence with office 365 and Excel.
To be considered for this role you will be dynamic, positive, possess strong organisational and planning skills, and have the ability to effectively support clinical teams and managers within the division as required.
The roles requires someone who is multi-skilled, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skill set (in particular Excel). Previous NHS experience in a mental health or social care environment would be highly regarded .
Data experience would be preferable and working with KPI's and dashboards
