See below a quote from one of our trainees who has recently stayed on in a qualified post:
Being a trainee at Kingston iCope has been such a fantastic experience. The team is so approachable, talented and knowledgeable, so it's been amazing to learn from them. I've been given opportunities to get involved in groups, projects and training on top of the standard training requirements when I have capacity, which has helped me develop as a practitioner. I've also felt so supported and valued in my role as a trainee PWP and now have been lucky enough to be given a qualified post at Kingston.
Most of our PWPs have attended additional training in LTCs and supervision training, and several have gone on into HI trainee positions with us, or accepted senior roles. Many of our step 3 HI team have previously been PWPs with us.
