We are recruiting to an exciting new Community ELSEC - Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) Enhanced Programme. This programme will strengthen early identification, intervention delivery, and whole-system support for children with SLCN.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality SLCN assessments and interventions (Band 7)
- Support the delivery of group and individual sessions (Band 4)
- Work in partnership with families, early years settings, schools, and Health colleagues
- Contribute to training, upskilling, and building confidence in the wider workforce
- Support the evaluation and development of the enhanced model
About You

Main duties of the job
The postholders will work within the Community ELSEC Team delivering SALT screening and interventions to children in family hub / educational settings. You will also support the training of other staff in the use of the identified tools across the identified partner settings across Bradford.
The post holders will work across the city, supporting hub staff, parents and others in developing skills and confidence to support the speech, language and communication development of children and young people in Bradford.
