If so the Children's Admin Hub could be the team for you. We are looking to appoint Administration Assistant to work within our administration team both within our Hub at New Mill and also supporting our Community & Mental Health Reception Sites.
Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust's Administration Hubs are a multi-disciplined team of administrators dealing with enquiries from patients, service users, carers and clinicians.
As an Administration Assistant you will provide vital support to our clinical teams whilst maintaining front line contact with our patients and service users.
The role would be ideal for those with experience of patient and service user contact, an excellent telephone manner and a strong administration focus. Comprehensive training will be provided to the right person.

Please note flexibility to these hours will be a requirement where reception cover is needed dependent on the needs of the service.
Hub Base: New Mill, Saltaire
Mental Health Reception Sites: Hillbrook & Fieldhead
Community Receptions Sites: Shipley, Hillside Bridge & Undercliffe (Health Centers)
All successful candidates will be required to travel.
The Administration Assistant role will provide an efficient, effective and high-quality administrative support to health and social care professionals and service users/patients within a community based or district wide team.
o Reception roles are within Community Health Centre or Hospital environments
o Ward Clerk roles are within Hospital ward environments
o Admin Hub roles are within admin office environments
