We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to work in the multi-disciplinary Homeless & New Arrivals Team. This is a key role that is important in service delivery, maintaining effective data base systems and clinical appointments for new entrants requiring TB screening.

Main duties of the job
Provide administrative support to the HANA Team to process referrals for TB screening. This includes processing Flag 4 data for new entrants to Bradford and managing and sending out appointments.
Managing waiting lists for TB screening, including scheduling and inviting clients for screening and Mantoux results readings.
Action messages from clients and health professionals who are requesting appointments. This includes speaking to clients who telephone the team.
Contribute ideas to the HANA for service development.
General administrative support to the HANA team.
