Job summary
Our Business Support Team provide an essential function supporting the delivery, performance, transformation, development and improvement ofservices, supporting delivery of the Trust's strategic goals.
A Business Support Officer role has become available working primarily with our Specialist Mental Health teams, including CAMHS and OlderPeople and our Adult Mental Health Teams, including CMHTs and Inpatients. You will also work closely with other Business Support colleagues as well as the Trusts other support functions.

Main duties of the job
Key elements of the role include working with care groups to support on the delivery of services, working with BI colleagues to provide data and key analysis/insights for identified service areas, performance monitoring, supporting care group delivery plans, working with BusinessPartners, including finance and people, to maximize the support offer to clinical services, working proactively to support on agreedstrategic programmes, and to support with service developments, business cases, performance, reporting and achieving milestones.
All of the above is done whilst working closely with front line operational teams.
