Job summary

An admin role has become available in the CAMHS Neuro Team.

To support the clinical and professional work of the service by managing the administrative work of The CAMHS Neurodevelopment Team.

Main duties of the job

Job role include:o To work as a member of a multi-disciplinary specialist team to provide a comprehensive administrative service to The CAMHS Neurodevelopment Team.

o To support the service manager and team members in maintaining the day to day operational functions of the team.o To continue an efficient administration infrastructure to support service delivery.o To develop and embed administration processes, policies, templates and standard operating procedures across the multi-disciplinary team.o To contribute to the service's on-going development, including development of templates and policies linked to administration processes and activity.o To manage incoming contact with the team including via email, telephone and letter.o To support outgoing contact from the team including via email, telephone and letter.o Management of team activity calendar and appointment scheduling.o Maintenance of appropriate records via clinical system and shared electronic filing.
