What You'll Do - Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based care as a named nurse
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans
- Take responsibility for the ward on shift, ensuring safety and positive patient experience
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Empower service users and advocate for their choice
What We're Looking For - Registered Mental Nursing Certificate (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD)
- Experience in mental health settings (placement or substantive)
