Job summary
The E-Rostering department is focused on delivering the best possible service to all our front line users. This role will give you the chance to be part of the team who look after, develop and maintain the Trusts' E-Rostering systems. Your role will include supporting front line services to ensure our systems are accurate and effectively utilised. You will also troubleshoot and investigate issues, escalate where required and promote best practice of using our systems. In addition you will manage user access including creating new user accounts, ensuring people have the correct access they need and training on the system. Further requirements include reporting, data uploads and project support where required. This is a varied role, with ever changing priorities and requires someone able to work under pressure at times, have strong communication skills and be a team player.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will play an important role in assisting the E-Rostering and Workforce Teams in the Trust Wide operational management of the E-Rostering and affiliate systems.The post holder will provide an effective rostering service to the Trust through effective planning, co-ordination, administration, and customer service.
