Main duties of the job

- Lead the charge in transforming workforce data into meaningful insights (and maybe even a few "aha!" moments).
- Spearhead the Trust-wide rollout of e-Rostering -- because who doesn't love a good rota?
- Build strategic workforce plans that make future-proofing look easy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to make data-driven decisions that actually stick.
- Keep our systems running smoother than a freshly brewed Yorkshire tea.
